Ethernano are mysterious particles of unknown origins that dwell within all living organisms and throughout the atmosphere of Earth Land as well as the source of all Magic for Mages.
Every Mage has a "container" inside their body that determines the limits of their Magic Power, should their container be emptied, a Mage will passively absorb the ambient Ethernano to restore their lost Magic Power. However, recent studies have identified another part of a Mages' "Magic Container" that isn't normally used and which also contains their dormant power, called Second Origin. If the power within this second container is released, then the Mage will receive an enormous boost in Magic Power, able to cast more powerful spells as well as gaining increased magical stamina.

Living organisms cannot live in areas of extremely concentrated Ethernano, as it apparently has detrimental effects upon the structure of the body.
If a Dragon Slayer's element mixes with highly-concentrated Ethernano, the Dragon Slayer can eat it to achieve Dragon Force.
